ClearASM takes reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account,  passwords and any data downloaded from ClearASM website.

Limitation of Liability

ClearASM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES.
